Senior Developer & IT Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading Global Manufacturing business in their search for a Senior Developer & IT Team Leader.

This is a remote role in the UK, with travel to site 1 day per month.

Brief Summary:

• This role will be responsible for the day to day running of the development team.
• Responsible for bespoke corporate application software
• To develop, interface and integrate IT systems, bespoke and packaged solutions, to meet the ongoing business needs.
• To review and implement the transition of the manufacturing system onto the Cloud
• Develop tools to improve the manufacturing system and wider colleagues knowledge and usage. Developing a strategy for improvement.

We Need:

• HND / Degree in IT discipline 
• Thorough knowledge of Oracle database and Oracle development tools (Oracle Apex, Oracle forms & reports, DBA skills, Fusion Middleware)
• Strong analytical skills
• Exposure to manufacturing and commercial business systems
• Ability to manage the team and lead from the front.
