We're looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to play a pivotal role in our Analytics team, with a sharp focus on supporting our Customer and Digital Marketing teams. What you'll be doing:
Act as a key analytics partner to our Customer and Digital Marketing teams, providing deep analysis of campaign performance across email, push, in-app, and other digital channels.
Use customer behaviour data to optimise segmentation, targeting, and personalisation strategies.
Define and track KPIs that matter — from campaign engagement to customer lifecycle outcomes.
Support A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve marketing performance.
Build and maintain clear, self-serve dashboards (using Metabase) that surface insights in real time.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with our Data Engineering teams to enhance data pipelines, models, and platform integration.
What we're looking for:
4+ years' experience in a data analyst or BI role, with a strong background in marketing analytics.
Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Metabase preferred, or others like Power BI/Tableau).
Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (Braze or similar) and CDPs (like Hightouch or Segment).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you're just as comfortable in dashboards as in team meetings.
Commercially minded, analytically curious, and driven to deliver insight that drives impact.
Bonus points for:
Experience in retail or eCommerce marketing.
Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimental design.
Previous support of CRM, performance marketing, or loyalty initiatives.
