Our Team
As a Senior Digital Support Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve business problems and serve as a subject matter expert. This role involves evaluating technology's effectiveness, gathering requirements, conducting testing, performing research, and making recommendations for improvements. You will collaborate with various teams to identify end-user requirements and specifications for application performance monitoring, develop monitoring solutions, automate workflows, and ensure high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

What you'll be doing
• Implement and configure Dynatrace Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions across various environments. Set up dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor application performance.
• Analyse application performance data collected by Dynatrace to identify potential issues and areas for improvement. Collaborate with development and operational teams to optimize application performance.
• Use Dynatrace tools to troubleshoot and resolve live application performance issues. Work with colleagues to resolve defects .
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the Dynatrace implementation and recommend improvements.
• Supporting the banks digital service in production, therefore we are looking for someone with service experience and willing to join our on-call rota.

We need you to have
• Experience with Dynatrace, including developing custom dashboards, alerts, and reports.
• Proven experience with Dynatrace APM tools.
• Strong understanding of application performance management concepts.
• Ability to identify application performance improvement opportunities and create corresponding monitoring and alerts.
• Experience measuring, analyzing, and reporting license consumption of new and existing configurations.
• Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to act as a SME, can mentor others, posses good leadership skills.
• Good technical knowledge of the Testing, Environments, Implementation and App Support experience.

It's a bonus if you have but not essential
• Familiar with SDLC and different testing methodologies
• Use and interpretation of information/diagnostic tools
