An established and forward-thinking ecological consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Ecologist to join their growing team. You'll contribute to a diverse range of projects, from major infrastructure and mitigation schemes to smaller-scale developments, combining project management, mentoring, and technical delivery.

You'll need:

• Proven experience within ecological consultancy (~5 years)

• Project management and leadership skills

• Strong knowledge of UK ecology and legislation

• Experience with protected species licensing

• Advanced botanical and habitat assessment skills

• Associate or Full CIEEM membership
