Senior Ecommerce Manager

If so, Radley Green are partnered with a fast growth Ecommerce business who are seeKing a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their growing team.
This position will report into the Commercial Director and help further the growth of a business who have grown from £4m to £40m in the last 4 years - building the trading plan, identifying tactical opportunities, and providing critical analysis on sales tracking and performance.
The role will pay up to 85k DOE plus equity and strong benefits - this role is 3 days a week in the office.
The responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the Trading plan and supporting on all tactical opportunities
- Support the growth of the business through sales tracking, forecasting and analysis of performance.
- Working with the Acquisition and Retention teams to identify opportunities, evaluate performance ensuring targets are met and challenge where necessary.
- Reporting on all KPIs and leveraging insights
- Setting all financial targets and lead the budgeting
- Lead all communication with the business around commercial targets and objectives
Role Requirements
- Prior experience working in a D2C / ecommerce business is essential and ideally in a growth business. The successful candidate must have experience delivering against targets.
- Prior experience partnering with Acquisition and CRM teams
- Ability to manipulate data sets and present sucking and insightful analysis to leadership team
- Global trading experience is an advantage
- World class communication and analytical skills are essential
