Senior Electrical Engineer needed in London - A leading workspace management company is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their in-house team. This role involves maintaining a portfolio of managed office spaces, ensuring high standards of service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for electrical issues within managed office spaces, conducting initial assessments, performing repairs, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Carry out regular site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for significant electrical repairs and improvements.
  • Oversee and coordinate external contractors to ensure that all electrical work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including installation, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical systems.
Key Success Indicators
  • Timely completion of tasks within established service levels.
  • Cost-effective resolution of electrical issues.
  • High-quality execution of electrical work in line with company standards.
  • Positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrable experience in maintenance or construction with a strong focus on electrical work.

  • EITHER -  Possession of full electrical qualifications, including City & Guilds 2391, City & Guilds 2382, and an ECS Gold Card.
    OR - Hands-on proven experience 
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to approach challenges creatively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally to clients.
  • Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to health and safety.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
