Senior Electronic Engineer - Design/Test/PCB

My client is looking for an experienced Electronic Engineer to aid in the ongoing development of their impressive product set. With a heritage in OEM they produce hardware and bespoke engineering products, utilised in a multitude of industries. This role will have a strong design and development angle, working with clients to operate and develop products to fulfil requirements. You’ll have strong experience of creating schematic drawings (in Altium or Autocab ideally), a solid understanding of PCB layout techniques across digital and analogue (any RF experience being of great interest) and the ability to manage client relationships end to end. You’ll be managing the product testing phase, ensuring that all systems meet agreed client objectives. You’ll be adept at managing small teams, communicating with broad internal departments and be comfortable acting as the interface between engineering and production. Someone with a strong background in both new product development and existing product re-engineering, would be of utmost interest. The role will be based in the clients’ office, just outside of Lancaster, 4 days a week and is paying £50,000 plus some lovely benefits
