Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Nottingham (East Midlands)
Salary - £50,000- £65,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience
Hybrid - 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH
10% Bonus

An outstanding top-class high technology engineering organisation located in Nottingham (East Midlands) who’re known for producing world class engineering products on a global scale along with high quality technology usage and development in numerous sectors that include food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive and many more have a brand new opening position within the engineering team to hire for a brand new Senior Embedded Software Engineer.

Job Responsibility:
As the successful Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be producing designs and provide high-tech advancements to new technology innovations within the accomplished and diverse Technology team.

Senior Embedded Software Engineer Key Skills
  • 5-7+ years minimum industry experience
  • Experience of developing real time embedded software
  • Embedded Software Programming in C, C++
  • Embedded C++ is ideal and preferred
  • Experience of Microcontrollers & microprocessors
  • Good experience for real time operating systems (RTOS) or building software for Windows and WinCE
  • Experience in any object-oriented programming languages - C++, Java, or C# - Strong plus
  • Understanding of real-time and concurrent principles and an appreciation of networked devices, distributed processes, and packet-based protocols
  • Ideally some experience of electronics control, interfacing motors, sensors
