Are you an Employee Benefits Consultant looking to work for an industry leading and growing organisation who can help transform your career?

As the Senior Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for successfully managing a portfolio of mid market to large corporate size clients and providing them with a full range of consultancy services across their Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements. As a senior member of the team you will also have the opportunity to contribute to more strategic conversations and provide coaching and training to junior colleagues when required.

This role is based across the South of England where you will need to meet with clients mainly in and around London and attend the office from time to time, but there's lots of flexibility on a day to day basis and candidates further afield can also be considered.
