Senior Estates Operations Manager

Venn Group are supporting an NHS trust based in London to reccuit a Senior Estates Operations Manager

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 1-3 months
  • Location: Reading
  • Salar/ Hourly rate: £36 per hour through an Umbrella Company

The successful candidate will:

  • Be Responsible for the Building and equipment to by ensuring maintenance is carry out on the Mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and identify faults in complicated engineering systems, building installations, plant and equipment
  • Provide technical advice and support to building services and mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ensure that all maintenance is completed in accordance with legislation and best practice guidance

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Have a technical background and experience leading teams
