Senior Estates operations

• 37.5 hours per week
• Pay Rate: Band 8a
• Responsible for the Building services (heating, cooling, ventilation, hot and cold-water services) and equipment to reduce and avoid emergency situations, by ensuring statutory maintenance is carry out on the Mechanical systems

• To function as part of a design and maintenance management team, designing and commissioning new systems, services, plant, equipment and buildings
• Responsible for managing the yearly PAT testing programme, ensuring all electrical equipment is identified and in a compliant state

Criteria

• Degree/HND or Foundation degree in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Discipline
• Significant experience of maintaining building services within large, complex sites and managing senior technical staff
• Demonstrable success of achievement in developing large complex mechanical /electrical engineering systems
