Senior Executive Assistant

A London based Communications Consultancy is seeking a superstar Senior EA to provide support to the leadership team on a maternity cover contract. This role involves managing busy schedules, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. The Senior EA will also oversee a central team of six assistants and manage various admin tasks.

Role: Executive Assistant
Start date: September 2024
Duration: 10 - 12 months TBC 
Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 WFH
Location: Central London

Responsibilities:
  • Diary management
  • Arrange complex international travel
  • Monitor inboxes, correspondence and handle confidential information
  • Assist in creating and formatting presentations, documents and budgeting spreadsheets
  • Handle logistics for client meetings, including arranging multi-participant calls / meetings across time zones, booking rooms and ordering catering
  • Manage the team of assistants, monitor workload, field requests and chair weekly meetings
 Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally supporting multiple executives
  • Team management experience preferred
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • Adaptable to changing business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
