We have partnered up with a leading Consulting firm who are looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Manager to join their leading London team.
This is fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and highly skilled team, where you will be exposed to market-leading clients from the outset, receive world-class training and progression opportunities, excellent work / life balance, and an above market-rate compensation package.
The position has been created due to a number of recent client wins and internal promotions. You will ideally have a background in Executive Compensation and RemCo Advisory, come from a Big 4 / Top Reward Consulting firm, and be looking for a new and exciting challenge at a market-leading firm.
The client is happy to meet with candidates off-site for a coffee initially to see if there is common ground, so no commitment from your side initially!
