Senior Facilities Assistant

Venn Group are working with a university based in London to recruit a Senior Facilities Assistant.

Salary: £28,00 - £32,300

Duration: Permanent

Location: London

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure that buildings meet high standards of presentation
• Establish working relationships and act as the main point of contact for users within designated buildings
• Carry out regular inspections of the buildings and report any building faults, hazards or issues to the PAF Service Desk, ensuring any required actions are put in motion and completed
• Carry out regular facilities services contract audits as directed by the Facilities Manager to include but not limited to cleaning audits.
• To ensure general maintenance of the buildings fabric, fixtures, fittings are carried out by the appropriate personnel.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong health and safety knowledge / IOSH Qualification
• Have strong and clear communication skills
