THE ROLE:
This established firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their dedicated family department, adept at handling matrimonial finances, child arrangements and maintenance, and contentious trusts of land matters between unmarried couples.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have 8+ years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills. You should be confident managing a team, handling a caseload, and working to deadlines in a dynamic and proactive manner. Prior experience in trust disputes under TOLATA, advising high net worth clients, and dealing with child arrangements and maintenance issues is essential.
