As Senior Festival Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating across departments to streamline workflows, optimise resources and drive the success of event promotion campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development of a festival marketing campaign strategy
  • Managing the end-to-end production of marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery across all campaign phases
  • Ensuring all marketing assets are aligned with the festival's branding guidelines and objectives, maintaining consistency across platforms and channels
  • Tracking marketing budgets for asset production and campaign needs under the guidance of senior team members
  • Liaising between marketing, ticketing, finance and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in marketing, events, or related fields
  • Previous festival marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, task prioritisation and stakeholder communication
  • Expertise in marketing tools and content management systems
  • Ability to track and analyse campaign metrics and use data to inform decisions
