Senior Finance Analyst - Working Capital

Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £competitive + 10% bonus + strong benefits
Work Arrangement: 5 days on-site

Distinct is pleased to represent a leading company known for its excellent training and development in their search for a Senior Finance Analyst – Working Capital. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and make a significant impact on key financial processes.

• Ensure accurate reporting of debtors and creditors during month-end close.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the outsourced Finance team.
• Collaborate with tax and payroll teams for accurate HMRC submissions.
• Oversee cash balances and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with cash forecasting and support external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Work closely with the Genpact R2R team to ensure timely task completion.
• Support franchise business development managers with debt analysis.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.

• Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with SAP and Business Objects.
