We have been asked to recruit a Senior Financial Accounts Assistant for a company based in Kettering.

Day to day you’ll report into the Accounts Team Leader covering the transactional processes. This role is both challenging and varied, which creates a nice balance between the two.
There is study support available, and a clear career path set out, so if you are ambitious and driven, this role is for you!
In terms of the company culture, they are all about their people…They also like to host monthly socials including yearly Summer and Christmas parties.
Below is an overview of what you’ll be doing…
- VAT
- Payroll
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Month end reconciliation and adjustment
- Reviewing other team members work, as well as mentoring Financial Accounts Administrators and Financial Accounts Assistants where required.
