A leading global Services Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Senior Finance Business Partner to join their commercial team in Grays, Essex. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.


Senior Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to analyse business performance and develop strategic financial plans
  • Lead financial reporting and provide actionable insights to management
  • Drive profitability improvements through data analysis and recommendations
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and develop a team of financial professionals
  • Collaborate with global finance teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency


Ideal Senior Finance Business Partner:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience however a commercial finance mindset is key to partner effectively with non finance stakeholders
  • Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
  • Experience in a multinational environment is desirable
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of driving business performance
