Senior Finance Business Partner

Trinity House Group are exclusively supporting a highly acquisitive Private Equity backed business based in the North Birmingham area to recruit a talented Senior Finance Business Partner. There’s a super flexible hybrid approach with only 2 days per week on-site.

The business has an outstanding leadership team who promote collaboration & inclusivity, and with succession planning in mind, are keen to identify a future Senior Leader who will enjoy taking full ownership of this division and potentially progress internally to a Director level position.

This is a truly commercially focussed role business partnering Senior Operational & Director level stakeholders therefore, gravitas, excellent communication skills and an inquisitive mind set are a must.

You’ll be the type of forward-thinking person who likes a challenge, can influence change and "make things happen" in a fast-paced growing business.

Senior Finance Business Partner role:

• Main Business Partner to Senior Operational Stakeholders, Divisional Finance Director & other senior stakeholders
• Provide key insight and analysis to support strategic business decision making to drive profitability
• Develop key relationships with all members of the senior management team and develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the business
• Contribute to the development and execution of the long-term growth strategy
• Drive value add projects & identify new opportunities
• Be a key contributor to the continuous improvement agenda through the provision of analysis and metrics
• Presentation of the results and commentary and monthly review meetings

As Senior Finance Business Partner you will be / have:

• A fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA with industry experience)
• The ability to drive change, challenge and influence Director level stakeholders
• Excellent Excel & modeling ability
• Strong Commercial acumen
• A highly effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A continual improvement mindset
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proactive self-starter and results orientated

Senior Finance Business Partner Package:

• £80,000 - £85,000 pa
