Job Title: Senior Finance Manager (Germany)Location:

£57000 - £67000 Per annum

Job Duties:
  • Oversee financial activities for the German entity, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the entity
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the leadership team
  • Monitor cash flow, financial controls, and risk management
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role
  • Strong knowledge of German accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in finance management

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in German language is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience working in a multinational company
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
  • Standard working hours with occasional overtime required
  • Travel to Germany may be necessary
