Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Per annum

Benefits: Bonus

Job Description

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company. Your main duties will include:

Job Duties:
  • Managing a team of Management Accountants and Assistant Management Accountants
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies
  • Preparing financial reports and analysis
  • Managing budgets and forecasting
  • Overseeing financial transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
  • Providing financial advice to senior management
Required Qualifications:
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA)
  • Proven experience in a similar financial management role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience in the accounting industry
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role in Blackburn, Lancashire
  • Full-time hours
  • Collaboration with other departments and senior management
