Summary:

This role will work alongside the Finance Director in continuing to drive growth and process improvement in the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Finance Director in all areas of Team Management and Process Improvement
  • Upskill Team Members
  • Managing a team of 3 Direct reports (managers) with a further 15-20 indirect reports
  • Continually drive improvement across AR, P2P and Commercial Finance
  • Implement further growth strategy and be part of these goals
  • Monitor operations performance and drive issue resolution as needed
  • Act as Project lead when necessary

Experience:

  • Several years experience of managing finance teams across all areas of finance.
  • A Strong track record of Process Improvement.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
  • General business skills including, strong admin skills, staff development, and training.
  • Senior Finance Leadership experience in a SSC environment is a massive positive
