Description
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Oversee financial operations including budgets, audits, and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Develop financial strategies to support organisational goals
- Provide financial guidance to the leadership team
- Liaise with external auditors and manage internal controls
- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Officer should have:
- Excellent knowledge of finance regulations and accounting processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and report presentation skills
- Previous experience in overseeing budget would be advantageous
- Experience in month end would be advantageous

- An attractive pro-rata salary £32,000 - |£37,000 full time equivalent, depending on experience
