We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed fintech in it's search for a fully qualified accountant to step into a dynamic, high-impact finance role within a business that’s scaling fast across global markets.
As Senior Financial Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of financial operations, supporting the month-end close, producing management accounts, conducting deep-dive performance analysis, and driving improvements across financial processes and controls. This role offers outstanding exposure across the business and a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial ledgers
Delivering data-driven performance reporting and financial insights
Managing elements of accounting operations including receivables, tax, and compliance
Supporting financial audits and enhancing internal controls
Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency
What They're Looking For:
Fully-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
1–3 years' experience in industry, ideally in tech or financial services
Solid background in preparing management accounts and reporting
Strong analytical and Excel skills (think pivot tables, lookups, and large datasets)
Familiarity with Xero or similar systems
A proactive and versatile team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
