Senior Financial Planning Administrator
This role is with a national firm seeking an experienced Financial Planning Operations Administrator due to recent growth and therefore increased business levels. The firm put client experience at the forefront of what they do and have long standing relationships with a great deal of their clients alongside an excellent client retention rate to go with this.

The Role
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to a team of advisers, engaging clients on ongoing service programmes and providing technical platform support. The role is focused on client service and client retention, ensuring that promises to clients are delivered.
With traditional mailing and telephone calls, the role holder will ensure that clients are offered their regular financial reviews, generating review packs and maintain the client records system with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate reports are produced.
This role would suit an experienced financial planning administrator who thrives when working in a busy working environment and working autonomously but is now looking for a new challenge within their career.
The Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Planning administration.
- Experience of using Intelligent office (IO) is preferred.
- Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients and managing time efficiently.
- Working towards Level 4 Diploma is desirable.
