An important international fashion company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Developer to join our footwear division.This role is crucial in transforming innovative designs into high-quality, market-ready products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire product development process for footwear, from initial concept through to production, ensuring products meet design specifications, quality standards, and market needs.Provide technical guidance and support to the design and production teams, ensuring the feasibility and manufacturability of footwear designs.Collaborate with designers and suppliers to select appropriate materials, ensuring they meet performance, aesthetic, and cost requirements.Manage the development of prototypes, conducting thorough evaluations to ensure they meet design and quality standards.Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes throughout the product development lifecycle.Work closely with design, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to meet business objectives.Continuously seek out new materials, technologies, and processes to drive innovation and improve product performance.
