Senior FP&A Analyst – 12 Month FTC

TalentEdge are partnering with a leading Media broadcaster, to support their search for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team for what is going to be an exceptionally busy 12 months. Joining a fast-paced team, this role will have a cost focus and be responsible for performance, KPI & budget analysis. Being a key business partner to senior stakeholders, this is an exciting opportunity to drive business strategy and be the finance lead for key projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand underlying risks and opportunities in the business and identifying potential impact to overall P&L position, managing R&O position on month-to-month basis
  • Building financial models and performing scenario analysis for eky departmental projects, including profitability & ROI assessments, revenue and pricing scenarios, analysis of content and revenue drivers
  • Ensure business stakeholders are kept up to date and informed regarding their actual YTD performance and the implications on forecast and budget targets
  • Partner with senior stakeholder to construct and deliver the consolidated forward-looking projections of key business units (forecasts, budgets, strategic plans)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Extensive Financial Modelling experience
  • Experience in the Media industry is preferred
  • The ability to communicate, influence and manage senior stakeholders from a non-finance background
