Senior Front-end Engineer
£90,000 - £100,000
Central London - 3 days a week in office

We are supporting a dynamic fintech start-up revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) finance space. With a team of 25, they have already amassed impressive ARR, and have deals in the work, which would see them expand globally, at a rapid rate.

Behind their cutting-edge platform, is the technology team. They are looking for a senior front-end developer, to take control of their React and TypeScript tooling set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and other team members to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Steer direction of front-end functionality, including adding new features to the code-base, where you see fit.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced start-up environment.
