Client will consider Corporate and Private FX Dealers
Location: London / City
Package - Very competitive (plus competitive bonus packages)
My heavily invested FX Client is currently looking to hire experienced Corporate FX / Private Brokerage dealers to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the Financial Director and Managing Director levels. In this role, you'll deliver top-notch customer service and partner with clients to meet their FX needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to present the strategic direction of the FX proposition.
Market Engagement: Use your extensive knowledge of FX markets and external providers to drive wallet share and FX turnover.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and act as a partner to clients, addressing their FX needs.
Pricing Negotiation: Negotiate FX pricing in line with our Pricing Framework, considering delivery channels and broader commercial implications.
Client Analysis:
Analyse clients' business and trading patterns to identify new FX needs or opportunities to increase wallet share.
Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
Requirements:
Background or knowledge in Foreign Exchange sales (corporate or private brokerage).
Portfolio Management: Proven experience in managing a customer portfolio with positive results.
Sales Environment: Ability to thrive in a busy sales environment and meet tight deadlines.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in internal MI systems, high numeracy, and financial literacy.
Ideal Skillset
FX Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of all FX products, dealing channels, and FX dealing experience.
Market Insight: Extensive knowledge of FX markets.
Pricing Expertise: Detailed understanding of FX pricing models.
