Salary: £35,000 - £42,000.

This multidisciplinary consultancy are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer comfortable with site work and standard ground investigation processes as well as management and team development to join their expanding team. This Senior Geotechnical Engineer selected will be offered:

The successful Senior Geotechnical Engineer will be:

• Carrying out ground investigations.
• Borehole logging and soil sampling.
• Carrying out phase 1 and phase 2 studies.
• Supervising drilling rigs.
• Writing and reviewing factual and interpretive reports.
• Some project management and leading a team.
• Contributing to business development.
• Bidding and tendering.

The Senior Geotechnical Engineer selected will therefore have experience in a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering or consultancy position, have a degree in Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, environmental science or a similar subject. You should be confident communicating with team members and clients, have a full and clean UK Driving Licence and a full right to work in the UK. Candidates should also be commutable to Nottingham.
