Senior Graphic Designer
Salary: up to £45,000
Location: London - 4 to 5 days a week in the office
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead and inspire a dynamic Graphic Design team. This role is key to elevating the brand's creative direction. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a wide range of global offline and online brand assets, from concept to launch. These include website visuals, digital marketing materials, out-of-home (OOH) campaigns, print media, packaging, and point-of-sale assets.
Who You Are
- Highly proficient in graphic design platforms and tools, with expert knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Experienced in graphic design, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
- Passionate about the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of trends and commercial awareness.
- A creative problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent at time management, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural leader and confident communicator, capable of motivating and influencing a team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing creative solutions for campaigns and content, aligning with the brand's vision and commercial goals.
- Conducting research and testing to refine design strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Leading design across digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
- Collaborating with teams to maintain brand consistency across all website and digital touch points.
- Managing and developing the in-house design team, fostering creativity and professional growth.
