Senior Healthcare Coordinator (PMI)

Location - Birmingham, hybrid working

Salary - up to £40k DOE

About the role:

As a Senior Healthcare Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of client support operations, ensuring smooth administration of healthcare and group risk arrangements. You'll collaborate closely with the Support Team Manager, providing top-notch support and mentoring team members, and playing a key role in their mission to deliver unparalleled client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Client support - manage day-to-day support and deliver administration services to Healthcare and Group Risk arrangements.
  • Scheme renewals - assist consultants with processing renewals and market reviews.
  • Relationship building - develop strong relationships with clients and providers through regular communication.
  • Project support - provide proactive assistance for ongoing client services and project-based work.
  • Team collaboration - support advisers and client facing teams with meeting preparation, quote checks, and compliance administration.
  • Quality assurance - maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Claims management - handle claims process from start to finish.

Skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years employee benefits administration, specifically PMI.
  • Professional qualification such as Group Risk (GR1) or IF7 would be desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Experience in mentoring and training colleagues.
