Juice is excited to be supporting a leading not-for-profit organisation that is dedicated to excellence and innovation with its search for a Senior HR Administrator with L+D experience for approximately 6 months.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior HR Administrator to support a busy HR and L+D department. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR and L+D operations and providing exceptional service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process
  • Using the in house and external database for applicant tracking
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage HR queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Raising Purchase Order requisitions for benefits
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.

This role is hybrid working 60/40, office based in city centre
