About the Job:

As a Senior HR Advisor/BP, you will report to the Head of HR, providing professional HR support across various functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and learning and development. You will collaborate closely with HR Managers and business leaders and there will be once a week to the Gatwick site and once a month to the Manchester site.

Duties will include:

• Leading resolution of employee inquiries related to policies, processes, absence, benefits, and compensation.
• Partnering with line managers to address employee relations matters, performance management, and staffing issues.
• Managing employee relations issues such as capability reviews, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
• Assisting with change management processes involving TUPE, redundancies, and restructures.
• Ensuring compliance with legal right-to-work documentation.
• Supporting inquiries related to benefits, employee details, and compensation.
• Developing and managing HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting recruitment efforts and conducting interviews as needed.
• Delivering onboarding and induction processes for new hires and managing the employee exit process.

About the Successful Applicant:

The ideal candidate will be creative, possess strong writing skills, ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified, with experience in a busy HR role handling ER issues. You will be genuine, friendly, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
