Senior HR Advisor - Regional
Our client is a well known, successful business with offices around the region. They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis with travel to local offices required.
Main duties will include:
- Mentoring and coaching line managers
- Performance management and ER duties
- Regular pay review projects
- Improvement of strategies and practices
- Generalist HR duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within an HR Advisor role
- Fantastic communication skills
- Proactive and resourceful approach
- Strong coaching and mentoring ability
- The ability to work well within an HR team
- CIPD Level 7 is desirable CIPD Level 5 is essential
