H9 Human Resources are currently looking for an established Senior HR Advisor to join a fantastic client of ours based in Manchester.

The position has been made available due to MAT Leave and the exposure in this role is second to none as there is opportunity to get involved in ER, Project Work and Policies/Procedures, making this a true generalist role.

Some of the responsibilities are but not limited too:

  • Providing an efficient and effective HR advisory service supporting, but not limited to, the management of health and wellbeing and attendance, conduct and capability, disciplinary and grievance matters, organisational change (including redeployment and redundancy programmes) and employee relations - acting as the key point of contact on issues and casework.
  • Advise, guide and coach managers on all employee relations issues including absence, capability, disciplinary and grievance cases, presenting and preparing information and support investigations as and when required
  • Support the Assistant Director People and Talent with organisational and cultural change e.g. restructures, changes in terms and conditions of employment, supporting managers during periods of consultation

This role is for a minimum of 12 months but is likely to extend beyond with a salary of up to £38,000pa FTE.

The position allows for hybrid working with one day in the office, then split between traveling to other sites and home depending on business need.
