Senior HR Advisor

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Kent
  • Salary: £40,000-£45,000pa

My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/Consultant to provide exceptional ER and advisory support to key clients. This role involves full account management, maintaining documentation, managing client inboxes, and supporting the Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong background in Employee Relations and HR advisory services.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Provide full account management for direct clients, supported by SHRAD/HRBP.
  • Engage with clients to discuss ER and advisory issues, ensuring effective advisory support.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for both you and the admin team.
  • Manage client inboxes and upload tasks to Glasscubes.
  • Offer comprehensive advice for PODS in liaison with SHRAD/HRBP.
  • Log activities accurately on Clockify and expand your knowledge of ER, advisory, and updates to HR legislation.
  • Set a positive example for the team and mentor less experienced members.
  • Oversee the Delivery team in the absence of HRBP, ensuring best practice and gold standards in all work completed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience within a similar role or as a previous HRAD.
  • Strong Employee Relations experience and multiple stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent rapport-building and commercial awareness.
  • HR generalist skills, ideally with consultancy experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent degree is advantageous.
