Our client is a major Kent employer and currently experiencing an exciting and progressive period of change and diversification. Maternity absence has led to an opportunity within the HR team for a 6 month period.

The role will be providing an efficient, professional and proactive HR service to the organisation - advising on the implementation and application of HR policies and procedures. It is a varied and fast-paced role that will give the holder the opportunity to operate across the business.

The successful candidate will be qualified to CIPD level 5, or equivalent, and have experience of working as an HR Advisor or Business Partner. You will be up to date with employment legislation and enjoy building cross-functional relationships. You will also be able to work with minimal supervision, managing your own workload and effectively prioritising.
