This fast-growing, entrepreneurial and award-winning law firm are looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to look after a high performing client group and manage a small team. The HR Director is proud to boast that this is a firm and culture that puts their people first. Everything they do is with one simple goal in mind - to keep their employees happy. Working at this firm will be a unique and very rewarding experience. You can expect to join a team who are creative, passionate and extremely talented.
This is an exciting time to get on board and will offer the chance to flex your creative muscles and get fully involved in a number of exciting projects that are planned for this year as well as undertake a true business partnering role.
The role is particularly exciting as you will also be required to use your coaching and mentoring skills to develop your client group, as well as work with the Senior Leadership team to manage performance. They are hoping to find someone with the following qualities:
- An HR Business Partner with a passion for putting people first and an understanding of the challenges faced in a Partnership environment.
- Positive, professional and high energy.
- The ability to operate at a senior level and make suggestions and recommendations to improve business function.
I asked them to describe their working style and culture and they told me the following:
- Hybrid working three days per week in the office.
- High energy (be ready to keep up with a fast pace, but don't expect to work long hours)
- Passionate about the value of HR - your opinion is critical, and your contribution will count.
- Professional with high standards.
The reality of working life and being part of such a great team is something that needs to be seen to be believed. Please apply for a job description and further information.
