Description
- Driving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.
- Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.
- Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
- Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.
- Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
Profile
- Proven experience supporting and augmenting technology teams.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of around £500 - £600 per day, based on experience.
- 6 months contract with potential extension / conversion to perm.
