Description

  • Driving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.
  • Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.
  • Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and recommendations as necessary.
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.
  • Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.

Profile

  • Proven experience supporting and augmenting technology teams.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to develop strong relationships at all levels within the organisation.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of around £500 - £600 per day, based on experience.
  • 6 months contract with potential extension / conversion to perm.
