An automotive component manufacturer with multiple sites in the UK and the West Midlands require a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide assistance and guidance with all generalist operational HR issues. The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 with experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

The Role
Reporting into the Plant HR Manager, you will have the following duties:
-Generalist day to day HR support. -Ensure visibility across the site developing relationships with all Line Managers. -Support in training, team development and planning. -Monitor key performance indicators against agreed standards. -Carry out disciplinary and grievance activities.
The Person
Educated to CIPD level 5 or educated to degree level you with have the following experience:
-Experience working in manufacturing (Preferably automotive) as a HR Generalist. -Excellent organizational and communication skills. -Empathic and active listener. -Proficient in Microsoft Officer and HR information systems.
