My Client based in Essex are looking to appoint an Interim Senior HR Manager for a period of 3-6 months with a strong possibility of the assignment being extended, this is to provide assistance during a very busy period for them.

You will be primarily covering the following:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Employee Relations
  • Organisation design and change
  • Training and Development
  • Dealing with Stakeholders

The role is to be based in the Essex office once a week, two days a week in London and the rest WFH.
