Senior HR & Payroll Partner (Maternity Cover)

Salary: £37,000 - £39,000 per annum dependant on experience

Location: New Milton, Hampshire (Hybrid working)

Hours: 35 hours per week , Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm

Contract: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is a well-established business and a market leader in their industry. They are looking for someone to cover a maternity for 9 months.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
  • Streamline HR processes by implementing a new HR & Payroll system.
  • Lead and develop your HR & Payroll team.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leadership to deliver exceptional employee service.
  • Manage projects and workloads effectively, meeting deadlines and taking initiative.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • Experience handling HR & Payroll transactions and systems.
  • Proven team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and best practices.
  • Expertise in managing new HR & Payroll software implementation.
