Senior HR Systems Advisor

An award winning law firm with an excellent reputation for their culture are looking to hire a HR Information Systems Advisor to manage HR systems and reporting.
About the Role
This is a broad role across HR systems, payroll and benefits, and will involve oversight on projects. Responsibilities include:
- Create and produce HR reports
- Analyse HR data and manage updates/cleansing
- Act as a first point of contact and superuser of the system
- Advise on improvements to the system
- Work alongside Manager and Advisor on payroll processes and benefits administration
- Driving HRIS strategy forward
- Support with salary and bonus reviews
- Manage third party vendors
- Drive projects end to end including Gender Pay Gap, engagement surveys etc
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior HRIS experience within a professional services environment and across HR and Payroll systems. Experience of Cascade is preferable and attention to detail alongside data presentation and analytical skills is a must.
