About the Company

An award winning law firm with an excellent reputation for their culture are looking to hire a HR Information Systems Advisor to manage HR systems and reporting.

About the Role

This is a broad role across HR systems, payroll and benefits, and will involve oversight on projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Create and produce HR reports
  • Analyse HR data and manage updates/cleansing
  • Act as a first point of contact and superuser of the system
  • Advise on improvements to the system
  • Work alongside Manager and Advisor on payroll processes and benefits administration
  • Driving HRIS strategy forward
  • Support with salary and bonus reviews
  • Manage third party vendors
  • Drive projects end to end including Gender Pay Gap, engagement surveys etc

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have prior HRIS experience within a professional services environment and across HR and Payroll systems. Experience of Cascade is preferable and attention to detail alongside data presentation and analytical skills is a must.
