Senior IFA Admin/Manager - Salary up to £43k - London (Hybrid)
My client is a boutique Wealth Management firm based in London who are looking for an experienced IFA Admin Manager to take ownership of their processes, improve efficiencies and be a senior support system to the Directors/Advisers.
Key responsibilities will be overseeing the administrative operations within the business, ensuring that the team provides exceptional support to clients and financial advisers. This role involves managing the administration team, streamlining processes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is suitable for someone who wishes to remain in a varied administrative role, who is
detail-oriented with a passion for financial planning and client service. You will be preparing annual review meeting packs, dealing with compliance procedures and working with Directors on key MI reporting. On-boarding new clients and dealing with queries effectively.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior IFA Administrator who has a demonstrable track record of ownership of the admin function. Great company to work for and with fantastic benefits including discretionary bonus and offering 2 days in office and 3 days WFH.
