My client is a dynamic, boutique and forward-thinking Independent, IFA Firm in London, who due to expansion are looking to take on a versatile Senior IFA Administrator who is looking for a new opportunity in Wealth Management. Company offers a hybrid working pattern.

You will be supporting Directors/Advisers with administration at a technical level, dealing with UHNW and complex cases across pensions, investments, IHT, estate planning, and protection. The role is varied, and you will be dealing with fund switches, preparation of annual reviews, deawling with 3rd party providers, illustrations, LOA; s and valuations and managing client relationships including diary management.

The role is fully hybrid, once completed probation and can go to 2/3 days in office and WFH.

You must have excellent communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Administrator in Wealth Management and ideally be knowledgeable of using various platforms and systems.
