Senior Information Security Engineer

A global company is looking for an Senior Information Security Engineer  to join a team that is responsible for group information security strategy, risk management, assurance, and capability development. You will support the Information Security Manager and can obtain strategic information security and programme implementation experience in an enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Group Information Security Programme
• Managing the delivery and implementation of a number of programme?workstreams
• Support the Group information security function
• Development and management of the Group information security framework of policies, standards and guidelines.?
• Enhancement of the ISO27001 framework
• Develop the information reporting framework to better measure effectiveness of the information security function

Skills Required:

• Strong experience of business facing information security implementation 
• Experience of IT facing technology security control implementation and development
• Excellent communication and collaborative working skills to bring about business process change
• Experience of ISO 27001 implementation
• Project/programme management experience

Qualifications required:

• Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or equivalent experience
