Are you an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a passion for Windows technologies, virtualization, and project work? Look no further! We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team and provide exceptional 3rd line support to our blue-chip clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 3rd line technical support for Windows Server Technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Firewalls.
  • Engage in project work related to Hyper-V, VMware, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing or supporting projects.
  • Familiarity with SLAs and meeting customer and contract requirements.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, VMWare, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
