Senior Insurance Advisor (Risk) - International Oil & Gas Company

In this role, you will take ownership of critical insurance programs, including FPSO, decommissioning, and construction projects. Your expertise will be crucial in analysing risk exposures, developing market strategies, and negotiating optimal coverage terms. You'll also play a key role in contract review, ensuring agreements align with company standards and minimize risk. In addition, you'll drive the implementation of corporate claims processes and manage a diverse portfolio of claims to successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in global upstream energy insurance, a deep understanding of energy contracts (marine, aviation, EPIC, etc.), and a proven track record in claims management. Strong negotiation skills, an ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, and excellent communication are also essential. This permanent position offers a flexible hybrid model with 2 days per week in the office, fostering a healthy work-life balance.
